I stayed in a Beautiful Garden View Guest room with 1 King bed. The breakfast buffet featured many options. I did enjoy live music at Pool bar. Everyone was friendly when they knew it was my honeymoon.

this was my first visit here and i selected this resort for my break. the staff was very nice and always ready to assist. i secured a great pool view. it was a relaxing experience with delicious dining options available.
the ac was a bit noisy and the sliding bathroom door made a terrible racket when opened and closed. it was an issue to be addressed. i definitely expected more on this side from a five star resort.

the hotel offers direct access to nusa dua beach with minimal hawkers. ordering drinks and food on the beach was easy. delivery was quick and efficient. i found the location peaceful and convenient.

The staff were friendly! specifically, eka at kul kul was lovely to chat with. The service was excellent. the resort location near the beach is fine. A photoshoot around the area was fun.
i arrived at 2 pm and had to wait until 3 pm for my room to be ready, which i didn't like! i eventually got my room at 4:20 pm after asking about the delay.

The grounds are uniquely beautiful with many lagoons and a swimmable pool. Lush floral vegetation and waterfalls surround the area. The beach has direct access. it is close to an excellent shopping mall. The location and access.
The hotel had a conference, so security was high. This resulted in security personnel following and photographing guests, uncomfortable.

The gym includes three treadmills plus two stationary bikes, supporting diverse workout routines. Multiple lagoon pools offer serene alternatives to the main pool. I found them less crowded and very relaxing.

The breakfast buffet includes extensive choices, from Asian to Western options, which I appreciated. Arwana Restaurant offers very delicious food. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was perfect!!!

Breakfast was a PROBLEM. The lady making coffee was outright rude and irritated. It felt unacceptable, especially given the premium price I paid.

The pools were amazing. There were so many to choose from. i found the towel station very convenient. It had everything i needed, including sunscreen. the staff were attentive and polite, always greeting me with a smile. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It offered many delicious options.
the ac in my room was a little loud. it wasn't a big deal, but it was noticeable.

The fitness center had modern equipment. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there were multiple lagoon-style pools with clear, refreshing water available . a kids' club provided supervised activities. This allowed parents some free time.

The hotel offered direct access to a sandy beach. I could walk right out. nearby, i found the bali collection shopping center a short drive away. the resort was situated in a quiet area, set back from the main road. i noticed a few restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
